Terms and Conditions
We accept payment by cash, cheque or PayPal. We will not store your card details.
Wherever possible, we will ensure that the varieties of flower provided are exactly to your specification. However, if a specific flower is not available from our suppliers when required, we reserve the right to make an appropriate substitution.
Following an initial wedding consultation, a £100 deposit secures your wedding date exclusively for you. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance. In the event of you cancelling your booking, this deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding balance is due 3 weeks prior to the wedding. If you cancel the booking after paying the final balance we will only refund any unallocated funds (less the £100 deposit).
We will happily deliver the wedding flowers to you on the morning of your wedding, and to your wedding/reception venue within 30 miles of our base at no extra charge. Additional deliveries may be arranged, but will incur an additional charge.
If you hire vases/containers from us, it is your responsibility to ensure they are returned to us within 1 week of your wedding.
